У нас две партии. Партия идиотов и партия злобных мудаков. Иногда они собираются вместе и делают что-то идиотское и злобное одновременно. Это называется «двухпартийность» (bipartisanship).

То-есть, например, сюда легко, при должной настырности, попадает покупка китайской радиостанции на Али. И за это тебя в тюрягу на 20 лет. Ну нихера себе Гестапо они собираются организовать.
Запомним тех сенаторов, которые его поддерживают.
